RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Thank you for shopping at Adekts.com. We specialize in digital micro-software, scripts, and utilities designed for wholesale and B2B operations. Due to the unique nature of digital goods, our return and refund policy differs from standard physical retail.

1. NO REFUNDS ON DOWNLOADED DIGITAL GOODS
All sales of digital products (including but not limited to Python scripts, Excel macros, CSV templates, source code, and PDF guides) are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been sent to your email.
- We cannot verify if a copy of the digital file has been retained by the customer after download.
- To protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases once the file is delivered.

2. EXCEPTIONS FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES
We stand behind the quality of our code and tools. We may issue a full refund or provide a working replacement file in the following specific cases:
- Corrupted Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened despite using the correct software version.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you received a file different from what you purchased due to a system error.
- Material Defect: If the software is fundamentally non-functional as described in the product listing (e.g., a script fails to run on the specified environment despite following documentation).

3. HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT OR A REFUND
If you believe you qualify for an exception under Section 2:
1. Contact us at support@adekts.com within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Include your Order Number and the Product Name.
3. Provide a detailed description of the issue, including screenshots, error logs, or proof of the defect.
4. Our technical team will review your case within 2-3 business hours. We will first attempt to troubleshoot or provide a fixed version of the file. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their system environment meets the requirements listed in the product description (e.g., Python version, OS compatibility, Shopify plan tier) before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for incompatibility issues if the requirements were clearly stated in the listing.

5. LICENSE VIOLATIONS
Any attempt to reverse engineer, crack, resell, or redistribute our software without a proper license will result in immediate termination of access, forfeiture of any refund eligibility, and potential legal action.
