Adekts.com specializes in digital micro-software, scripts, and utilities. We do not ship physical products.

HOW YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
- Instant Download: For most products (scripts, templates, CSV files), download links are provided immediately on the Order Confirmation page and sent to your email address.
- Email Delivery: For larger files or source code packages, delivery may take up to 1-2 hours for automated processing.
- Access Links: Some web-based tools or SaaS-lite products may provide access credentials via email within 24 hours.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If you do not receive your download link or access details within 2 hours of purchase:
1. Check your Spam/Junk folder.
2. Ensure the email address provided at checkout was correct.
3. Contact us at support@adekts.com with your Order Number.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
Since all items are digital, no shipping fees are applied, and no physical tracking numbers are generated. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection to download your files.
